We are in the sixteenth year of existence of HYDSPIN, and all these years have seen phenomenal growth of HYDSPIN. This would not have been possible without the support of our passionate directors, coordinators, volunteers, members, advisors, corporates, business partners and well wishers. I wholeheartedly thank all of you.
Without your support we would not have reached to the position of where we are today!! I specially appreciate Prasanna Kumar Mamidala, our Director-Operations and team (NG Raju, Pradeep Ramjee, Krishna Praveen, Mohammed Ehtesham & Swarna Rekha) supported by our core team (Prakasa Rao, Maneesha, Ram Mohan and myself) for aggressively leading the HYDSPIN activities and trying to take us to new heights.
We are planning to organize big event (through 16th HYDSPIN Annual Conference – HAC 2011) to commemorate 15 years of the chapter during December 2011. Our directors are seeking volunteer support in driving various initiatives to achieve the desired results in our journey.

I’m extremely happy and honored to take HYDSPIN ahead to the sixteenth year of existence. As our President indicated above, this is all possible because of the efforts of our previous coordinators, core team, support coordinators, members and all of you. I wholeheartedly thank all of you for supporting HYDSPIN. Without your support we would not have reached to the position of where we are today!! I thank our team - NG Raju Sir and Krishna Praveen for driving our Benchmarking activities, , Pradeep Ramjee for managing our knowledge sharing sessions, Mohammed Ehtesham and Swarna Rekha for supporting the website related activities. We thank the great support given by our President, Mr. Gandhi and core team members - Prakasa Rao, Maneesha, Ram Mohan in all the activities that we are undertaking to take HYDSPIN to new heights.
This year, we have launched lot of guest lectures on latest topics in the industry for which we have a wide reception. For every session, we have been getting the number of audience around 60 to 80. Next, we have created member login credentials for HYDSPIN website for the paid members. Now members can start their discussions in the forum, or download previous presentations and benchmark reports from the website. We are also planning to include blogs and personal pages for members in the website. We also increased our focus on Process Benchmarking. We are launching Special Interest Groups on Agile, IT Service Management and Information Security this year.
The focus during this year and the coming years is to increase the Knowledge Sharing Programs, increase number of Special Interest Groups, low price or free Tutorials and take benchmarking to more number of organizations.
We are looking for more volunteers who can support us in multiple activities. Interested volunteers can contact me directly.
